I frantically got up as if I have been woken from a horrid dream Confusion and screams flowing through the air What is going on I thought to myself I quickly changed and got in the car Gazing at everyone else I couldnt bring myself to look at anyone Just glancing at someone made me weep Our car was traveling as fast as a police car on a run yet I still couldnt ask for the reasonI was 9 and I remember that day as if it was yesterday The tears in everyones eyes the sadness the shock the confusion What happened I whispered to my sister Yet I got the usual treatment a 9 year old gets during problematic times I was ignored by my own sister who managed to use the dont talk to me treatment No one would tell me what had happened We reached a house I pull my head up and recognize the house immediately The house we usually go to where Ive shared all my fond memories with my family and cousins I wondered to myself what could have possibly happened My parents rushed out of the car and ran to the front door I too stepped out and ran I entered the house and saw the image that would stay with me forever The moment of tears screams and helplessness startled Everything had come to a conclusion There I saw what would have been my worst nightmare My grandfather lying on the floor lifeless As what my uncle has said they have called the ambulance but they havent arrived yet I still to this dare dont really understand what happened to him Did he have a heart attack Stroke I kept on wondering about it The courage to seek the truth always escaped me We all had chosen to not talk about it I also couldnt be cold hearted enough to reopen the old wounds that
