"Your synthesis of the various critical analyses makes this a very interesting discussion and shows the reader your work with the literature on Dickinson. To move forward into the next draft, I recommend working with the Tate 83 quotation, which takes up more than half of the second paragraph: at the very least, format this as a block quotation, but if there is any way to pick the most impactful phrases and paraphrase or summarize otherwise, you can make sure that paragraph remains your own, rather than overwhelmed by the source. Similar control can be asserted by making sure all quotations are integrated into your text; currently, there are a handful of quotations that are being asked to stand on their own, representing a missed opportunity to impose ethos and your own critical position.

Other tasks will be at the level of lower-order concerns. Among these, change all references to "Dickinson" (no "Miss" unless it appears in a quote), and proofread for errors and some awkward or imprecise diction. Some areas are a little unclear or unsubstantiated either due to diction issues or not enough evidence. For example, if you wish to commit to "very psychologically disturbed," you will need more proof; otherwise, consider other descriptions. Similarly, your thesis statement (last sentence of first paragraph) is incomplete and thus very hard to parse out logic-wise."
