The trouble television today has changed in some ways butt and some ways the television trouble have not changed a bit When come to television today parents do not have the same trouble they are not the same worry as of yesterday In the old day parents worry about how much television their kids were watching and the things that they were watching In old days partners use the television the same way we use it today to keep their kids occupied so they will not be interrupted from what they are doing They would put it on PBS where they air educational programs But if your family had cable you had Disney and Nickelodeon where all their programs was not all educational but programs for kids The television was also used for family time to watch movies The television today and the television yesterday the only thing that change is the programs that come on now The kids today have more things to do than just the television now they have computers and game systems to play Today parents have more to worry about than just the trouble of the television Theyre more modern technology out now then it was in the old days the parents today have more to worry about when it comes to this new technology that we have today In the article The Trouble with Television by Marie Winn Winn shares many worries of television in 1987 and how it affects the children doing that time How the parents would worry about how much television their children was watching Worry about programs that they were watching Making sure that the programs was not too sexually too violent or too unsuitable for the child How the television can keep you from doing things as a familys together Where television is used to occupy the child time when they could be doing things like playing family games How the television takes
