Resources can affect ones life and character a lot Many people in South Sudan are dying of hunger and diseases due to lack of resources One learns to become very tough and your body can grow to be stronger Suffering changes ones character to appreciate things that they have and are given As a result of the two civil wars many people in south Sudan are dying of exhaustion and dehydration Lack of resources helped the surviving people to be prepared and their bodies become stronger According to the article Sudan Poverty and Wealth Most of the population is nourished from subsistence agriculture In some areas where droughts are common lives are always at stake because water would be scarce and agriculture their main source of food would fail to grow during drought season You would need to have experience like most of the people that survived a long period of time where important resources are scarce The fittest people are the most likely to survive Death of many Sudanese is caused by lack of daily necessities If you lived in a wealthy environment without having to worry about being able to survive each day your body would not be adjusted to life in Sudan because it is used to lack of resources Your character would change too because suffering increases your level of appreciation You would be grateful if you got what you needed instead of complaining about how it isnt what you wanted According to Sudan Aftermath of the Civil Wars people in Sudan were forced to eat leaves and drink mud to survive They would be extremely grateful if you gave them a glass of water to drink Without such simple yet important things your perspective can change a lot Simple necessities in ones life can change your whole image about things Without certain things you may have a hard time doing certain things like write without a pen or pencil
