The ocean environment allows our bodies to open up and be alert of all the degrees of perception When people are at the beach they become so relaxed that they tend to start noticing every little nuance of their surroundings On first approach people start to notice the smells of the beach as they are driving toward the beach Several miles before approaching the ocean they can smell the salt water Along with smell of the salt water they can smell fresh air There is something about the air surrounding the ocean boarders the air just has a clean fresh and delightful smell The smell is so distinct that it puts people into a trance knowing they are getting close Once they smell the ocean air their body tunes into more of the surroundingsOnce on the beach people start to getting excited about the ocean scene itself There are so many wonderful sights that catch their attention First is the sight of the sand and ocean itself Its such a wonderful sight that soothes and calms the bodys mind and soul The sun shines brightly on their bodies while they walk along feeling the sand between their toes While enjoying the scene of the beach you can hear the waves rolling in toward the shores and the seagulls flying around The sight and sounds of the boats and ski jets in the ocean allow people to see and enjoy many activities that go hand in hand with being at the beach At times people can actually taste the salt thats in the air Even when people are careful not to get salt water in their mouths while swimming its still on their lips and skin giving them the taste of the salt waterThe ocean is the best place to encounter all five of the sense at the same time while relaxing and enjoying their selves Mixing the experience of a beautiful location and the
