Stress is something that every person in the planet will need to face at one point in time or another just like eating drinking and breathing We all deal with it Whether it is our jobs family life drama with friends relationships school etc There are many things you can do to combat stress before you run out to get a pill Just as thoughts can escalate your stress levels they can also relieve stress levels There are some thoughts we can use to help manage stress 1 see problems as opportunities 2 Dont take it personally 3 There is not right answer 4 Its not a perfect world 5 Let go and let God 6 refute negative thoughts 7 Stop overgeneralized 8 control yourself not others 9 be yourself We can help relieve stress by doing some physical actions such do exercises that work your leg muscles as in run away bounce on a rebounder or jog in place climb stairs or use stair-stepper and walk it off or run around the block There are also techniques that can help with it Here a variety of techniques and fascinated studies to help manage stress in daily life Stress can be relieved mentally derail your train of thoughts biofeedback and hypnotherapy guided imagery for a quick shift of time into a calmer state of mind simply imagine yourself in a favorite tranquil place Close your eyes relax your breathing and try to see and feel your surroundings and the practice of meditation Stress can be relieved through senses a sound way to counter stress classic Celtic and Celine music use your sense of humor your brain response to scents aromatherapy Stress is a problem that I would say every human being is going to experience at one point in their lives Some years ago I didnt know what stress was about But since I came to this country stress is often in my life
