It is very important to be healthy emotionally mentally not just physically You might think something is wrong with you emotionally mentally and pre- diagnose yourself with something you might not have It is important to know the signs and symptoms of an emotional mental disorder It is also very important to think about what may be causing you to be unstable emotionally or mentally it could be stress depression stress or a mixture of all three there is more causesIf you really want to know if you might be suffering from an emotional mentally you should read more about the signs or symptoms of what disorder you feel you may have For instance if you feel worried all the time for no reason or you get tired easily but you have trouble sleeping you might have General Anxiety Disorder GAD Another you fear on a daily basis that you might do something embarrassing or stay home from school because you are terrified to be called on in class you might have Social Phobia Once you see that you can relate to the symptoms or have experienced the signs of an emotionally mental disorder its important to act on it immediately Many people do not go seek help for their disorder or possible disorder because they think the problem will just go away It will actually begin to become worse the more you try to make it go way Another barrier for not going and seeking help is embarrassment to acknowledge the fact that you have a problem The issue with this is that a problem can only be fixed if it is spoken about or acknowledged Friends who notice their friend may have a problem often find that they do not know what to do about it They want to help but are not educated enough to about the possible problem which means they defiantly do not know how to help fix the
