Even though when using the death penalty closure is given to the families of the victims I strongly disagree with the death penalty because the death penalty is the easy way out for a prisoner Worse punishment would be putting a prisoner in jail for the rest of hisher life In todays culture there are a lot of crimes that have to be dealt with with that being said we have to find a punishment that stops the criminal and find a punishment that is just One punishment that is the most common is the death penalty however there are many more that can be performed Not everyone agrees with the death penalty and has been an issue for many years For those who do agree with the death penalty say it is fair for one to be killed if they kill others Burkhead When using the death penalty theres always that chance of punishing someone for something they didnt do The death penalty is unreasonable and contracts with the morals many people have It is the easy way out to many criminals and there should be another way of dealing with crime When using the death penalty there are multiple circumstances where there is an innocent person that was sentenced to death Killing someone that is innocent is unfair to the people and their families Once the courts of justice make a mistake and proclaim a person to be guilty when they are innocent there is no turning back once they are already dead The execution of the innocent person should be just the same and illegal as anybody killing someone in the community Is it considered killing if the jury kills an innocent person Should we kill the jury for killing the innocent man This does not help or solve anything because there is just more killing involved and nothing is going to get resolved Francois Robespierre a French revolutionist
