Kabsa is a traditional feast for Saudis for over than one hundred year and still the main meal in every Saudi house to this day I will explain in the following paragraphs three different kinds of Kabsa There are several of ways to do the Kabsa meal but I will write about the main ways and the traditional ways of making it The following paragraphs will explain to you how the Kabsa tastes and how its smell These three kinds are Mandi Compressed and Haniv which is the most popular Kabsa Meals in Saudi Arabia The Mandi feast is the main meal of all the three that I just reported Saudis use this kind of Kabsa in their big events like wedding or so There is a special restaurant that can make this Kabsa for you in Saudi Arabia because not anybody can make it The Mandi meal contains meat rice and special condiments The meat is a Lamb meat and they chose the meat very carefully so the meat can look white and clean after they cook it which means the chef chose a sheep that is very clean and has a very good health The other main material of this fast is rice The chef tries to find a very old rice to cook it with the meat because they believe that the old rice is going to taste sweeter than the new rice that just came from the farm The condiments are very important in how its going to taste so they use a special condiment to make it smell spicy taste and look bland and there are a lot of condiments names that they use but I will write a few of them The chefs use like the Cardamom which is very important to make any kind of meat taste tart Also they use thyme and that make the rice look tender Finally you are going to eat one of the
