Im going to talk about leadership development regarding how to correct others mistakes leadership style suits me and theories of motivation in this paper No one is perfect We make mistakes every single day There must be someone could correct us in the company leaders should correct their employees mistakes in order to let the company develop well and finish goals and tasks efficiently I think the best way to compel employees to change is to let them correct by themselves and shows them that they are the minority and they should no longer behaves like before The leader should work and behave better than his employees for most of the aspects Employees are taught mainly by leaders personal examples since their leader is the main people manage them and stay with them for most of the time Leadership behavior is paramount to how employees perceive interpret and behave in their work environment According to Levinson employees tend to personify organizations by ascribing the individual actions of organizational representatives to the intent of the whole organization as held by the OST As cited in Djibo Desiderio Price 2010 It is almost impossible that a lazy leader leads an efficient team A single person would always influenced by majority just like river and sea if the sea is clear and the river is muddy when the river blends in the sea river can always become as clear as the sea So do employees and the working environment if the leader comes to work late 3 days out of 5 days I think employees must have an emotion to come work late like his leader Vice versa if the leader comes to work earlier than he should and full of energy get into work quick and decisively I believe his employees will work with passion and efficiency If employees still persist theirs old ways or the working environment is not good enough then we should explain to
