ESL 2000 was a success From the begging to the end I learned a lot throughout the course and also found ways to get out of the problems I encountered What I learned was how to brain storm before writing an essay how to research for a paper I am about to write how to write a thesis statement how to prepare an outline or diagram to organize my thoughts and most importantly HOW TO WIRTE A PROPER ESSAY These were the 5 steps to my success From when I started this class to when I finished I knew that I achieved a goal A goal nobody can achieve I was just writing things that had popped in my head I wrote it down and made it into an essay without really giving it some thoughts I didnt follow the 5 steps I should have been following Step 1 Brian Storming Step 2 Outlining the body Step 3 Choosing a thesis Step4 Writing your first Draft and last but not least Step 5 Revision and editing My only step in writing an essay was writing an essay which worked occasionally I found a better way well you showed me a better way in writing an essay What I do know is think about my essay topic well before my essay is due I decide what I could say about it and what points I have to make on the subject
