When I was in the seventh grade I went on a field trip with the boysand girls club I dont remember much of it very well but I had adistinct memory of when our bus broke down in the middle of nowhereWhile we were waiting for help a couple of us sat down in the bus witha chaperon Like I said i dont remember much and I dont remember howthis conversation came up but we suddenly started talking about ghostsand everyone got to share stories It was then I heard someones opinionabout Life After Death for the first time It was our chaperon he toldus about past experiences that led him to this conclusion of his Hetold us about how our souls spirits were everlasting whether we had abody or not we were still alive He said spirits live among everyone anddo not often show signs of their presence unless something about theirdeath bothers them and they want a closure He even had stories to backup his theory There was the story about a man that got hit by a car ahit and run victim and how our chaperon encountered the victims ghostseveral times while making a T-shirt in remembrance of him Hearing this story I thought it was preposterous I was at an agewhere every sunday I attended sunday school and thought everything inthe bible was right and this guy was completely wrong and out of hismind But I always kept what he had said in the back of my head As Istarted getting a little older I started considering his believes but Idid not completely agree with him until the summer of 2011 Aa a busy person my mother does not get a chance to go back to her rootsas often as shed like but she knew that she had to go to Ethiopia thissummer something in her guts told her So she decided to make it amother-daughter trip and take me
