English language has many vocabularies and words in all fieldsAnd thats what made me feel so happy to learn English as it a richlanguage with all the meanings and also it is not my first languagebut I love English for this main reason For example the relationshipbetween reading and writing is a bit like that of the chicken and eggSo when everyone ask which came first is not as important as the factthat without one the other cannot exist Generally a childs literacydevelopment is dependent on this interconnection between reading andwriting Also English is easy in learning understanding and catching thewords Therefore I found that I can improve my literacy byparticipating with people in work school and the entire life event Onemore reason my first language have a lot of English words so I have tosay it in English by the way or the other because English is the secondlanguage in my native country -Egypt- so I have to learn it in schooland collage before I have to come to United States On the other hand I did not have my own experience since I cameto United States but I get my experience from my friends They haddifferent experiences in literacy reading writing or speaking Oneof them had a hard time with her kids They can not understand eachother and I notice that there is a big gap between them And afterthree years since I knew her she still the same have no communicationwith her kids and they began to be separate from her and did what theywant to do because they knew that she can not understand them So in my opinion this is a miserable life that I can notcommunicate with my kids So for this reason I went to school to learnlanguage because I have a little
