Recently I attended a concert by Luke Bryan in Auburn Alabama The concert was located outside on a farm in the scorching hot sun with over five thousand people To me that was way too many people to be jammed into that area while it was as hot as it was Also the way that the concert was organized they had four or five artist who came out before the main singer and would play a few songs In doing so all of the people who were attending the concert had to stand in one spot for almost six hours before Luke Bryan actually came out and performed which took another two hours I thought about leaving half way through it because it took so long for him to come out The positive side to this event was the atmosphere or everyone around and how they had us parking out cars in lines so that we could all tailgate and enjoy the farm land Though the heat and all of the waiting was terrible when he finally came out to perform it was dark and it had cooled down As he entered the lights started flashing and the band started playing as loud as they could and it woke everyone up and they all came alive and started dancing and singing along with the songs which made it exciting and fun Half way through some of his song he would walk off the stage and walk toward the crowd and high five people and what not It made us all feel like he knew who we were and cared a lot about us Though it took him forever to come out when he did it was well worth it Until the sixteenth century music was written mainly for the voice more than for musical instruments The Luke Bryan concert that I attended was a combination of the sixteenth century and the eighteenth century or around
