Now that Ive gotten over the first week jitters of being a college freshman I couldnt be more excited for this year at college I do believe that I can accomplish many things and I look forward to bettering myself both physically and mentally I plan to do this through hard work and dedication both in and out of the classroomThe first way I want to improve my personal well-being is through my studies in the classroom I am striving to maintain a very high grade point average partly because it is a requirement to stay in the Honors College and also my personal pride with academics I plan to achieve this through keeping up with my studies every night and not procrastinating like I did for a major portion of high school I believe that I can handle the rigors of college and as long as I do this I should be very successful this year I plan to deal with the large load of homework and other activities by making use of my planner and also writing in any appointments in my phone so that I will not forget themThe other way that I plan on improving my wellness is through my physical self I was very active throughout my high school career in a vast amount of different sports teams Now that I am no longer part of one I believe that it is important to keep in shape and possible improve my body I want to accomplish this through creating a workout plan and also running almost every day Along with this I would like to incorporate fruits and vegetables into my daily diet for at least one meal along with drinking milk instead of soda to allow for better nutrition I believe that if I establish a good routine I could lose quite a bit of weight and have
