My life can be stressful at times trying to balance school work family and house hold chores My stress inventory result was a 1247 The main causes of stress in my life are work and school balancing school and work can be very stressful I hardly get enough sleep which makes it very hard for me to focus in my classes also going to work also cuts into my study time because I dont always have enough time to get all my work done Another stressful aspect of my life is also trying to balance family I hardly get to spend enough time with my family In addition I also have to come home from a long day of work and school and make sure the house is tidyEveryone have had stresses in their life at one point but but its always a way in which you can reduce stress There are many ways in which people try to reduce stress for example meditating exercising getting massages Different have different ways of dealing with stress some people deal with stress in unhealthy way for example smoking drinking overeating or under eating or using pills and drugs to relax I try to reduce my stress by setting aside a time to relax I also listen to music take long walks or write which really helps me a lot in reducing my stress throughout many peoples life they have experience some stressful situation but they are always healthy ways in which we can reduce our stress which really works instead of finding unhealthy ways to reduce stress
