I am a very active person and I enjoy doing various amounts of thingssuch as ballet and soccer I believe it is always good to stay activeand keep my body moving so I live a healthy life and have energythroughout the day I am always looking for other things to do that willhelp me stay active for example I tried track and field about a semesterago and I thought it was really fun I enjoyed running and justexercising in general All I have done is mostly done during the daytimearound the afternoon so it is when I feel a lot more energy what Iwanted to try out this time is going out for a run at the earliest timepossible for me My sister in law Maryuri usually goes running around5 am in the morning and me personally I do not wake up that early onthe weekends but this time I told myself I had to try it out and seehow it wasBright and early I was woken up by my sister in law telling me it wastime to go I however was still half asleep and had given the idea of arun at this hour a second thought Regardless of my negative thinkingI managed to lift myself up from my warm and cozy bed to go running outinto the cold I ate some cereal and then headed off to what I thoughtwas going to be something easy and fun Still sleepy I could barely keepup with Maryuri but eventually I began to feel the cool breeze of thewind running through my body to wake me up Everything was going as Iexpected but then Maryuri wanted to take a path where we would have tohike to keep going this is the moment when I started to get a bitfrustrated because I was not used to the things she does especially atthis time in the day I decided to not say anything and just follow herI followed
