When I was in primary school I was infected with chickenpox as a result my perception about health changed Prior to be afflicted with the disease I had never considered my health and had thus far avoided ailments I first became interested in my health when I had the flue during the winter After a while flue developed in to chickenpox Although there were cautions and announcements about the most common dangerous diseases that spread in the winter seasons I was careless and I ignored the available information I had not paid attention to my familys advice of establishing a healthy routine such as visiting doctors regularly taking annual vaccines and avoiding cold weather The only thing that I was concerned about was spending time with my friends However my consideration of health and diseases completely changed after I became infected After being isolated from friends and family for recovery and contagion purposes and missing approximately three weeks from school as a result I realized how being healthy is valuable for me At that time I wished for nothing more than to be in good health Generally chickenpox disease is associated with childhood ages usually the disease affects people who under the age of eighteen years old However many adults also become infected with disease The symptoms of the chickenpox may develop and become harsher especially for adults and infants Chickenpox commonly occurs in people who have never had the disease or who have never taken a vaccine for it Yet people who have never got infected with chickenpox and have do not have strong immune system there is a strong chance to be infected in the future The chickenpox virus can be spread by a variety of methods To clarify the viruses can spread by the air when people cough sneeze and make contact with others Moreover handling the foods and beverages of the person who is infected may result in the spread
