My first trip to the make-over saloon was in my second year of college It was the first time I did threading Accompanied by my mother I stepped into the world of mirrors branded colourful liquid-filled bottles ladies in aprons and masks rotating chairs and beds curtains etc I was kind of tensed at the very first sight of the ambience I was asked to wait So I sat beside my mother waiting for my turn Sitting in the queue I gazed around to see women of almost all age group waiting eagerly for their chance or sitting in front of the mirror with coloured face and hair Staring and staring finally it was my turn I got up from the chair and sat on the rotating chair in front of the mirror My mother came and stood near me The lady in apron and mask bent down to look at my face I could only see her wide eyes staring at me She took a thread made it into a kind of knot and started pulling my eyebrows At first it hurt a little I sat with my eyes closed till it was over After about five to ten minutes the lady told me to open my eyes I opened my eyes slowly and sat staring at myself in front of the mirror The lady removed her mask and smiled at me She commented that I look good I returned her smile I looked at my mother She too gave me a broad smileTo look
