On my first English paragraph test was terrible I felt really sadand I almost stared to cry I learned many skills in this class whichis really great I also improve as a writer I write a little bit morelike a college student not a high school student At the beginning ofthe class and I didnt know how to brain storm I didnt had any ideasbut the most important I improved a lot in my writing skills At the begging of the class I had many problems and I didnt knowhow to brain storm and even worse I couldnt come up with ideas I waslosing lots of points for not knowing how to correct my punctuation forexample spelling commas apostrophe and many more At first I didntunderstood what Mrs Garner meant by telling us to write paragraphsbecause I was used to write three page essays all the time I was alsohaving problems with the topics I couldnt come up with anything or ifI had a topic I could come up with ideas and that was really terribleParagraphs brought me many problems I was writing a lot Also I wasmissing some of the paragraph standards for example having awkwardsentences missing commas or putting them were they didnt need to go Having problems during writing a paragraph can really affectstudents I know that because I didnt have great writing skills I wasmissing punctuation like fan boys commas and compound complexsentences By not understanding how to write paragraphs I couldntdevelop the needs of the paragraphs I would also leave incompletethoughts and I would lose points I also learned the difference betweenessays and paragraphs now I know that paragraphs are shorter but withgood details I really like having English 990 because I learned many things andI believe I would do better in my other future English classes One ofthe many things I
