Typical jobs that INTJ personality types gravitate toward include research development engineering scientific positions analysts managers and teachers These can be from corporate industrial military or many other backgrounds Of these I am pursuing engineering and I believe my personality matches this category for these kinds of jobs I am usually slightly introverted and have always had a strong background in mathematical situations I generally work towards making things around me more efficient and can recall times when Ive been upset when things are not being done in such a way and when people cannot see whyCertain traits that could be described as my strengths my mathematical background and organized thinking These usually tend to keep the things that I have going on in check and allow me to get things done in a timely manner As I would think typical of any engineer I can adapt to most situations fairly easily As for my weaknesses they tend to branch from my introverted nature I find difficulty in some expressing myself in a group environment I tend to let others lead the direction that the group will take and sit backseat to choices in the group Though already I am trying to combat this by volunteering as a group leader Hopefully this will force me to interact more and allow me to be of benefit to the groupFor the group I plan to try to help keep everything organized updated and on time Since these things are part of my strong points it should come naturally With this our group can more efficiently and accurately develop solutions for the problems that we will be working on As a group we will face challenges in the form of technical and possibly mechanical design problems To go along with this there will most likely be interfacing challenges as well and
