Jim's feedback:
"You include much information, but the formatting makes it hard to understand. A subject and verb must match as regards numbers. You write, “The long leaf pine community … are well adapted …,” i.e., a singular subject and a plural verb. “Cannot” is a single word. You write, “… soils … are … coils,” and “low and nutrients.” As a modifier, “low intensity” should be hyphenated. You use a comma splice under “Trees.” This is the use of a comma to link what should be two sentences. You include no period after a sentence. You place a list under “Herbaceous Plants.” This does not follow your established format of writing in complete sentences. Furthermore, headers such as “Trees” and “Herbaceous Plants” must be distinguished from headers at higher levels, “Vegetation” in this case. Similarly, without warning, we change from “Long Leaf Pine” to “Sand Pine,” and every header at every level is formatted the same, which confuses the reader. “Adept” means “skilled or proficient,” so it makes no sense that a tree is “adept to fires.” You finish with a conclusion, but there is no introduction. You write both "sand pine" and "sandy pine." This should be written consistently."
