My new years resolution is to lose weigh Havent you heard thisphrase a million times Losing weight is one of the most common andpopular resolution for the New Year especially after all those deliciousspecial holyday dinners that one enjoys the last few months of the yearThere are people that just want to lose the little pounds they gainedover the year but there are also the people who have tried to loseweight for a long time but they just cant and give up These people maybe lacking something In order to lose weight successfully you need tobe motivated have a plan and eat healthy First of all you want to get motivated By getting motivated you aresetting a goal Listening to peoples testimonies about losing weight isa good start because the more you listen the more you believe you canachieve the same success as those people Having someone to look up isalso a great motivation It could be a family member a friend or acelebrity that inspires you to keep on going Also it may sound sillybut making yourself a contract stating your goal for the year andsigning it is also a great idea because you are making a commitment withyourselfSetting a plan or arranging your schedule is the second thing you wantto do It seems like time goes by so quickly and we dont have enoughtime for certain activities or duties specially if you are an adult andhave a family and a job Its not easy to make time for the gym when youhave so many things to do The key to finding the perfect time to doexercise is to plan and use your free time wisely Instead of doingunnecessary things like watching TV go run around your block If youneed to go to a close place from your house go on your bike or gowalking instead of driving the car Use an agenda and mark the daysyoull be able to exercise it doesnt
