Cold misty early morning air rushed through my hair My feet trembling palms perspiring I wondered if my thought processes were deteriorating me My body shook as I stood on a twenty-two foot cliff looking at the river far underneath me Danger became imprinted in my mind the only word I could think at the time Frightened to death of the river under me my mind swirled with unanswered questions What if this isnt the right choice What if I get gravely injuredI remained extremely impatient when I found out my Uncle Max had arrived with his brand new jet-ski yet Before I could protest to my father I saw his enormous white truck approaching towards me As soon as we reach our destination at the lake I dived into the transparent azure water After awhile It really scandalized me when Uncle Max stammered me I had been in the water for nearly two hours After a few minutes Uncle Max asked me to follow him up to the peak of one of the rock walls At first I disagreed and replied I couldnt do it But after a while I agreed and I begin climbing Once I reached a flat spot Uncle Max dived off into the Shock enveloped my whole body I couldnt believe that he made it into the water safe and sound He yelled up and exclaimed to me to dive and fear took me over I could sense that the mere thought of diving would be unfeasible for me I took a step back and thought it over and I determined to do it I gathered up all the courage I could and took a step onward I had the goose bumps Looking over the surface of the cliff overflowed me with dread and seemed an impossibility for me completely I began to laugh I remembered when Uncle Max would actually take me places and how amusing
