Everyone procrastinates it doesnt matter whether youre in high school college or just at work People always find something more amusing to do Procrastination is one of the most infuriating habits to overcome but its not impossible Simple steps such as staying focused setting priorities managing time and changing your attitude are some of the techniques to avoid procrastinationStaying focused is the first step for overcoming procrastination We procrastinate because we find the material to be time consuming and rather deal with it another time But getting something done when its assigned is the best thing you can do for example I had this science project due in 2 months So I got it done in two weeks and had nothing to worry about So I enjoyed my free time Time management is the key when youre a non-procrastinating student When a lot of us get an assignment we throw it in the back of our backpacks or binders and the time just flys by until its due Then we start panicking Some simple methods to avoid all of this is keeping organized and writing all of your assignments into an agenda so you can keep track If your organized there is no reason to procrastinate for example I used to be a heavy procrastinator because I did everything in the dying minutes So I looked to help and they told to me to get organized and to keep a do to list after completing those tasks thought I never missed a due date because I always did my assignments in advance Your attitude says a lot about how you perceive things So if you see yourself procrastinating youre most likely going to do it Your last and final step to being non-procrastinator is changing your attitude The best way to stop procrastinating is to change your mindset
