Everyone wants popularity the dream of making the high school athletic program and taking the team to state a continuous thought for many young athletes Children start training in the sport of their choosing as soon as they can form the ability to go through the combined motions Children and young teens endure rigorous training and daily drills to help better their athletic abilities Many athletes possess equivalent abilities which requires outstanding performance and the capability to attract attention from the coaches when performing against other competing athletes Unfortunately denial of a position within the athletic program is common Many reasons are due to the limited number of positions on the team an opposing athletes abilities are more recognizable or the athlete trying out simply not good enough to fit the high standards of the team The most common reasons young dedicated athletes do not make the team because of the continuing problem of high school sport politics Politics within high school athletic programs can vary based on the following The financial status among the athletes family the work relation between the athletes parents or coach also an athletes past experience with the coachMoney many of us know it as a necessity but others view money as a luxury Those who have money use the luxury to get away with events that people without money could not do A persons financial status can have a huge impact on the abilities or disabilities they may face Financial aid has an effective impact in public school sports Public schools cannot always fund the appropriate amount of money to support the athletic programs finances When the school is unable to supply the money the head director of the program then turns to donations or fundraisers Parents who donate a large sum of money only donate for one reason to have their child play over others no matter the circumstances Most coaches agree to the idea and give into
