Jim's feedback:
"“Officers” is a possessive form in “the police officers job,” so it should be “officer’s.” A date should be followed by a comma. You incorrectly write “Aids.” Separate numbers with an en dash (–), and leave no space on either side. Uganda is a country and not a person, so we write “Uganda, which has ….” Your writing has many grammatical errors. Always run a grammar check, and then proofread your work. You misuse “etc.” first by not placing a comma before it, and then not ending it with a period. In any case, you should avoid this term because it not specific. A plural term such as “blacks” should not include an apostrophe. Your conclusion is a page long. The conclusion should consist of a short paragraph to summarize your major points. You have no introduction at all. Your title indicates that this essay is about the police, but you discuss many other aspects of government."
