People volunteer for many reasons to meet new people to help out their community sometimes they volunteer because they want be part of something Others volunteer to share skill and knowledge to keep them busy When I was in Nashville TN I volunteer for the September 11attacks I was in elementary school at time I didnt really understand what happened but once I got home my mom explained to me the situation So I collected money from my family and neighborhood it was about it one thousand dollar then I gave the money to my principle so he could send it for the people who got hurt by September 11 even though I didnt know its called volunteer but it feels good to help out I was proud of myself for helping even though no one was expecting me to helpLikewise many people now days have a lot of reason why they volunteer some might be personal experience with the problem illness or cause or some might be moving to the new state the best way to meet friends is to volunteer you can make new friends and at the same time make difference for the community However some political party volunteer to gain leadership skills if they want be the president of the united state and they want people vote for them they got show the America people that they care and are helping community to make it better and safe place to live However some famous people volunteer for recognition they want their fan to know they care even if they dont they are willing to help out because their fortune depends on the peopleYour MotivationsThink about how much you receive when you give and consider why you want to volunteer You may have several different reasons Here are just a few of the many possible motivations identified by other volunteersto feel neededto share a skillto get to know
