Do you sometimes wonder whether God exists or maybe wonder how everything was created Is debating the possibility of The Big Bang kind of your thing Are you the type of person who questions both science and religion If you answered yes to any of these questions this essay may be able to shed some light on what is possibly the oldest intrapersonal question ever asked What do I believeThroughout history humans have always held a belief of a deity or deities a higher power if you will An organized belief of a higher power is most commonly referred to as a religion Most religions have grown side-by-side with science -the study of the natural world- and have developed both agreements and disagreements throughout the two ideologies Religion focuses on faith which is the complete trust in something For a while ignorance spewed from this belief but has recently gotten its act together Science contrasting religion focuses on analysis through observation and experimentation Science basically rejects anything that cant be proven and is basically as ignorant as faith even though they like to think they arent ignorant Given these two opposing methods religion and science can often disagree Since the classical era scientists and theologians have been studying the relationship between science and religion Certain beliefs such as polytheism believe that multiple gods control all aspects of the physical world Science disagrees with this rule stating that holy intervention cannot be possible due to the repetitive predictable continuum of the physical world Consistencies along with inconsistencies are measured and often are found to contradict For example the creation of the physical world has been theorized but not proven There is still no way to prove with science that creation happened through a higher power or through the combination of particles exploding throughout the universe Though science may prove much it still cannot prove the existence or lack thereof of gods Though science cant prove everything
