Do you know what your eating and if it is good and healthy for your body Fast food restaurants have a image of fast cheap yummy and fun for children so why wouldnt you want to eat there The obvious and hidden dangers of fast food are something we should all know about Fast food has many dangers both apparent and hidden that the public is either unaware of or chooses to ignore This issuer needs to be addressed by the government the communities school systems families and by the individualThe government needs to take a stand and figure out how we can fix the way we do things in America when it comes to preparing food The number one crop we use is corn weather or not is it good for us or the animals we feed it to Corn is also more expensive then we expect Michael Pollan states corn 56 pounds sells for about 2 today it cost farmers more than 3 to grow it They dont make a profit but the federal pays for what they loose so they just make a bunch cause its not hurting them its only hurting the government The farmers only care about themselves when it comes to money issuesThe state and also all school systems need to make eating healthy and non-junky food easier for their students It is hard enough to eat healthy at home but school is even harder and they only provide bad calories for you A meal of real food cooked at home can easily contain more calories most of them of the healthy variety Mark Bittman There is a difference between bad and good calories and junk food from your schools vending machine is considered bad calories Even if it only has 180 calories in a bag of chips think about how little the bag is and ask yourself if it even feel you up They are all gross
