Sometimes I can be nervous while talking to other people especially if I am meeting them for the first time Communication Apprehension is when one has fear or anxiety pertaining to the communication process Having Communication Apprehension can affect ones body by causing them to be fearful or have anxiety it even can cause one to have very low confidence because of negativity influenced on social life therefore Communication Apprehension does not affect myself or hinder my confidence but not having a lot of sleep can affect my Cognitive Self When I do not get a lot of sleep it can interfere with my thinking process of intelligence in other words it can get in the way of me making smart decisions while studying materials for my classes however I do not get a full night sleep because I only get six hours of sleep and I should really get eight hours of sleep to fully tap into my Self- Actualization but I only give myself six hours of sleep Moving on I need to work more on facilitating my Self-Actualization by getting more sleep not doubting myself so much and having faith in myself On the bright side I have healthy habits and self-discipline One benefit that I can have is not regretting anything that I have done in life so far but I have written a statement that will help more out with my discipline I will always try to have a great attitude in public even when I am really sad
