And we were hungry forWhen I first read this title or heading I thought how I am going to connect with a piece of my writing I dont know if I can write extract something from it In fact it can be a very large topic and discussed enormous things about ourselves others the environment a relationship with our creator and the illusory world that we live in which we called Planet Earth What do we hunger for in our living environment Perhaps you ask what we hunger about For peace food harmony living environment or plenty of wealth or thirsty for superb health or a better relationship with friends neighbour or a charming loving relationship with our significant others However how do we achieve these things in our lives so that we seek search and find One thing I know when I craft this important piece of writing I am certain what I am going to write and I know for sure I am searching for a peace in my mind Here is how I found my peace How do you achieve peace in your mind It is perhaps a question that you frequently ask yourself Most of the time you are trying to achieve inner peace and tranquility in your life so you can relax and accomplish remarkable things for yourself and others However do you know that both internal and external tranquility must be balanced so you can attain the greater peacefulness you desire to experience in your life One pillar with no support will fall easily but two pillars support each other and can withstand any external forces This makes life more relaxing and creates a feeling of peace and tranquility Your innate power has no desire but it will assist you in achieving anything you desire so you may live a better quality life Because you want to live a higher quality life you have not stopped desiring many
