No matter what gender you are for the most part we none liked going to school Between the early mornings and sitting in classes where we learned about things that most of the time we wouldnt use in the future it is not at the top of the list for any young adults favorite thing to do Although if you were to ask most students they would probably tell you that there favorite part about going to school was socializing between classes with other students For some students that is the only reason they go to school being a student once myself especially in high school there were many students that would go to school simply to hang out with there friends They would end up skipping classes and just wandering the halls and majority of the time it would be with someone of the opposite gender Of course this wasnt always a problem with every student but it would be the same ones repeatedly many people parents teachers students etc believe that things like this would not be an issue if schools were only one gender So what is the plus side of single-gender schools and why are people pushing for it in public schools now along with the private schoolsThere are plenty of studies that show boys and girls behave and learn differently When it comes to school 70 of failing grades 90 of school disciplinary referrals and 80 of the children diagnosed with ADHD are boys Gurian Institution This is not to say that girls are completely perfect but when it comes to school they seem to be less of a challenge and do not need as much attention as boys do One way that boys and girls differ in learning is that most boys learn better standing up while most girls learn better sitting down Sax This does not mean that they are going to make boys stand up while they
