As technology advances it makes easier for voyeurism to be occurred A mini camera can be bought in any electric device stores Because of its size people may have difficulties to aware the camera Offenders usually hide the camera in their clothing or belongings to take photos I think crowded locations for example sky train and buses at peak hours may enhance the opportunity for the incidence of voyeurism Because of the crowd environment it gives an opportunity for the offenders to approach closer or try to make body contact with their target The victims may not think the person who stands near them try to take their up-skirt view Also how many victims notice they are being monitored Since the camera can be very tiny it is hard to notice its existence unless you look in details However it is too strange to look for a camera on a person People are usually doing something else when they are in transportations such as texting and reading newspaper Therefore they do not know what is happening around them Prior to this reading I do not notice voyeurism can be a sexual offence because taking an up-skirt photo is a sexually motivated behavior I thought it is only considered as anti-privacy offence previously because the offenders do not touch the target only taking photos of them Even though some females notice someone take them photos how many victims report the incidence If they want to report the incidence where they can go for I think the most important thing before answering these two questions is how many people realize this behavior is an offence First of all I think many victims do not know the seriousness of voyeurism is because it is lack of advertisement Law enforcement agencies should put more resources on preventing the incidence of this offence for instance more transit security can be on duty in peak hours in some busy stations
