According to an article Spam by David L at First Amendment Center any internet user can send out an irritating spam Some people say that laws are needed to stop this constant sending out of spam emails Others however say that spam is useful As Coalition Against Unsolicited Email or CAUCE writes on its Web site The First Amendment allows people the right to free speech but it doesnt guarantee them the right to force others to hear their messageEven though Congress was writing a bill in 2001 that spammers are required to add their name address and email address but the bill never left White House Approximately thirty states have passed limits on spam since George W Bush signed the bill into law in 2003 which is The CAN-SPAM Act Spammers were not allowed to put a false heading and were required to give a clear info that it is an advertisement leaving an email address The author does not show his or her side in the article but talks about both sides which are for spam emails and for those who is against I open my email in the morning and see that I have thirteen emails that are unread I got really excited and thought finally my friends replied to emails that I sent them long time ago However as soon as I open my inbox I got fully disappointed It was an annoying spamI totally agree with one of the sides that David stated in his article called Spam I agree that people who send out commercial emails should leave their information such as name physical address and electronic address Spam emails are super annoying especially when you have your email account on your phone Every time it beeps I think that it is one of my family members or friends or some information about colleges assignment due date that is coming up Spam messages not only annoy other people or
