Who would rather be suffering from illnesses instead of being healthy Obesity is continuously increasing in America which is a major problem that needs to be solve and us human beings should find our ways to discontinue this problem Being overweight is obviously not pleasurable and obesity is usually the causes of some illness For instance people get diabetes heart attack stroke and high blood pressure from being obese Thinking back to the 80s century when there were less advance technologies also less fast food restaurants thats why people were healthier than the people from the 21st century Therefore this society should start to take action and give chances to the future children to stay optimistic and be healthy Sometimes sacrifices can give you some benefits in returnTo begin with the first thing that this society should change is to limit fast food restaurants Fast food restaurants are everywhere in the world which will damage peoples health if this continuing The author notes that fast foods may cause these health risks for a number of reasons including the large portion sizes the attractive taste and large amount of the kinds of carbohydrates that are associated with weight gain and diabetes Fast Food 3 The author claim that fast foods may be able to kill ones health according to the size of a portion and the delicious food also large amount of fats which may cause to the level of diabetes Consequently Instead of going out to eat at a restaurant people should stay home and cook because it is always healthier Besides some people eat fast food regularly and all the fats gradually will store into their body which makes them sick and uncomfortable Americans are increasingly overweight with the numbers of obese adults and overweight children in between 1900s and early 2000s Amber waves 1 Basically the numbers of obese adults and children has been expanding during the 1900s to the early 2000s Furthermore
