"This is a really interesting look at underlying causes of illness that many people don't consider. You have some great examples that support your thesis statement.

Your conclusion is brief and could better sum up your paper. Your introduction could also be sharpened a bit. It meanders a little and it's difficult to tell at the outset that you'll be focusing on social causes of disease since you mention a lack of preventative care as well. Adding a single sentence indicating that this will be your focus will alleviate any ambiguity.

There are a few minor errors that can be cleared up by a round of proofreading."
