As you must know the Bill or Rights was written by James Madison who became the fourth president of the United States Which the Bill or Rights was inspired by Thomas Jefferson The Bill of Rights was used by anti-federalists and it protects us from the government And the Bill of Rights became part of the Constitution in 1791 which have the first ten amendments So in my case of the Bill of Rights only some amendments have applied in my lifeAs for one the first amendment Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment or religion So which it means for me in my Hmong clan culture we are shamanism We believe in what we are and were not going to change just because someone taught or told you about another religion Like these white people who ride their bike going around town and knocking on random peoples door just to talk about God Come on if we wanted to believe in God then we would have believed in him a long time ago People shouldnt believe in other beliefs They should have the right to practice and believe in their own beliefsSo on the next amendment will have to be the second amendment A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state the right of the people to keep bear arms which means to my understanding we the people have the right to own weapons for the purpose that we may supply and use our weapons to serve militia if needed to guarantee our freedom People should own a weapon just for their safety and protection As for an example my dad owns a hand gun just for my familys protection throughout the day just in case And he owns plenty of other guns for outdoor hunting sports So for my opinion none of the amendments are worth anything without the second amendment Thats the right that gives
