Stress is something everyone has in his or her life Some people havemore than others and some have less than others but everyone has stress I have different types of methods I use to help myself reduce stressbecause I myself do not like stress I do everything in my power toignore it To some people stress makes them feel good but to me itmakes me feel bad as has many effects on my body In this essay I willdescribe how stress affects me and how I deal with it There are many things that cause me to become stressed Some thingsare small and can be avoided and some are just things in life thateveryone has to deal with With myself being an internalizer I alwaysmake by life more stressful by wanting to do all my work the hard way If things are just handed to me I stress because I feel I havent doneany work When things are not organized I tend to feel overwhelmedbecause I dont feel I have control over things everything needs tohave its own spot In my life I have a lower stress number than mostin my class I feel that is because I dont allow stress to affect melike most people do I dont like to sweat the small things Otherthings that stress me out are when other people are stressed Thepeople who I surround myself with have a large impact on how I letthings affect me The biggest thing that I find that stresses me out istests or quizzes I put so much pressure on myself that I startworrying about how I am so stressed out and forget about the materialthat I knew the night before Whenever I am stressed I always feel like I have the whole world on myshoulders It is always on the back of my mind no matter
