The impromptu ability to survive by reallocating ones wits to manipulate situations into ones favor is an important ability to have when put into awkward and threatening positions Darwinist views of society are directly tied into the importance of personal resourcefulness and the ability to overcome staggering odds This ability and how its essential to accomplishing ones goals are portrayed as one of the central ideas in William Shakespeares play Hamlet Within everyone is the ability to gather and apply useful means to support ones course of action in the end it is simply a question of how badly a person needs to rectify a situation In the play Hamlet William Shakespeare portrays to his audience that human success is regularly the direct result of not only ability but determination and motives This resourcefulness relies heavily on what can be lost or gained as well as the personal importance of those things held in ones eyes Revenge murder and guilt are things that lie most heavily on the soul and along with this weight comes the drive to protect ones deepest aspirations and secrets The drive and resourcefulness apparent to human desperation is held accountable for both the greatest and worst human accomplishments The importance of having the ability in life to become the player and not the pawn exceeds all else when ones questionable personal agenda becomes forebodingly evident Hamlet in the play Hamlet by William Shakespeare conveys that he is not often caught off guard for the way he places his pieces are premeditated and mindfully strategic Hamlets guidance of his own distemperment and questionable insanity is used like a keenly sharpened defense mechanism overcastting all his thoughts and ambitions to his surrounding friends and foes A byproduct of this resourcefulness is shown through his manipulation of people through highly abstract and convoluted ramblings which tend to lead no where but to their own dismay Though it is not evident to
