Im sure that ten years down the road I will be a completely different person than I am today However I think it is important to set goals and always remember my core values The vision I have for myself in ten years includes having a job that I love doing and being stronger in my faith as a Christian Not only do I value the professional side of life which includes a degree and a successful career but I also envision myself being a family person As I look for a job in the business world I hope to find one that pays a good salary but also allows me to spend quality time with my family I do not want to start a family until I am able to support myself but when the time is right I hope that my career does not take away from my role as a wife and a mother With that being said I also hope that I can be a supportive Christian wife and mom and raise my family in the way of the Lord This specific vision that I have for my future is based on my personal expectations but the reasons I value the things I do can be accredited to my raisingAs a child I was very close to my mother and immediate family I still have a very close relationship with them and my family has been there for me no matter what the circumstance Just like everyone else I have had days when I barely wanted to move or just felt like crying these are the days when I learned to value family the most Small things such as a simple smile from my mother or a good morning text from a close cousin have always been special to me I think the tremendous support and love that I experienced growing up is what makes family time so significant Other than
