"Great job with this essay. You show good control of the higher- and lower-order concerns. A careful proofread should catch the few existing mechanics errors (a missing comma, an incorrect possessive apostrophe) to ensure a polished presentation that conveys your ethos.

My other main comment is regarding para. 7. While the topic sentence does signpost the wider net you cast regarding influence, the paragraph itself feels a little jumbled in its focus on both his design philosophy and skyscrapers. My suggestion would be to move skyscrapers into another relevant paragraph; it may make sense to separate the engineering discussion from the ornamentation paragraph and add this to the skyscraper discussion to form a new, focused body paragraph."
