Bridget's feedback:
"The strength of your reactions and emotions really come through in this essay. Your diction and use of details do a lot of heavy lifting in persuading the reader and letting them feel what you feel in these situations. I wonder if enhancing the discussion with a specific anecdote will help flesh this out a little and help the reader understand why the emotions are so extreme; while the reader believes in your reactions, they are still left wondering how they became so strong. I also recommend reviewing your prompt to make sure your choices suit the rhetorical situation--will you need to persuade a broad audience that includes people with no strong feelings about the post office and people who celebrate the post office? If so, consider some counter-arguments and responses, or some concessions, even if it's just to explain why you keep using the post office over, say, FedEx."
