The topic that Ive chose is the importance of drugs and alcohol education I believe that this is important because a lot of teenagers in the society today drink not to mention do a lot of drugs and most of the times it comes from the influences of their friends and the people in school A lot of people think they cant get easily influenced however they are terribly wrong because it is very easy to be pressured and it is also very easy to get sucked in to what you think is good and getting out of it or quitting is the worst part because its hard to stop after you start In school today teachers and professors try to teach you the importance of not taking drugs and staying away from things like that but sadly the more you tell a teenager to stay away from something the more curious their going to get and in this case a lot of kids and teens are becoming very curious very fastAccording to kidshealthorg most of the time the reason why childrenteen does drugs is because they think its cool or they think it will help them fit in have more fun lose weight or even do well in school and sometimes its not always their friends but the drugs andor alcohol could be given to them y one of their family members Also a survey front the center for disease control stated that 20 percent of teenagers have taken prescription drugs without a doctors permission The reason why a lot of teens do or people prefer it is because they think that it is safer for them however the only time it is safe is when it is actually prescribed because then thats when the doctor can prescribe you with the right dose of medicine and they actually know how much you are taking Furthermore teenagers who
