When we were kids becoming an adult seemed to always be on our minds Little did we know that adult life wouldnt be as glamorous as we expected Work seems so consume our lives a lot of times and leaves us little time to enjoy being an adult With so much work that needs to be done day after day we become more and more stressed Stress can be caused by numerous amounts of things a boss that doesnt treat employees correctly too much responsibility or even not understanding what is expected of you According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention One-fourth of employees view their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives -Northwestern National Life Recently there has been a lot of talk about bullying in school but what many dont seem to realize is that it can also happen in the work place A boss can have just as much effect on the stress level of his employees as job uncertainty When a boss is very unprofessional they can say things to employees that may hurt their feelings Many would say well youre an adult Move on But that isnt always possible because in the end we are all humans and our feelings do get hurt If they are rude and make nasty comments they are just as bad as bullies in grade school The unprofessionalism of leaders is what makes a company fail Instead of making those rude remarks and bring stress into the work place the leaders should be trained in correct communication and they should realize that a stress-free work place makes for better employeesResponsibility at work is another factor of stress Having to get too many things done in a short amount of time can lead an employee to become overwhelmed and stressed Usually an employee will have work that they get done every day which is pretty much the same all the time
