1 Amendment I- discusses about that Congress is not aloud to make a law against an establishment of a new religion They must also respect it like every other religion and they are prohibited to stop the free exercise of religion In addition they are prohibited to shorten the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and lastly to appeal the government for a compensation of grievances 2 Amendment IV- is the right of the people to be secure in their houses papers and any of their property against unreasonable searches and seizures it shall not be violated and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation from a judge or of high authority and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized 3 Amendment V- it means that no person is aloud to be held to answer for a capital or otherwise a well-known crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury except in cases arising in the land or naval forces or in the militia when in actual service in time of war or public danger Neither shall any person be subject for the same offense twice and be put in jeopardy of life nor shall be forced in any criminal case to be a witness against himself nor be deprived of life liberty or property without due process of law nor shall private property be taken for public use without fair compensation 4 Amendment VI- In all criminal prosecutions the accused is aloud to enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial In correlation the accused has the right for a fair jury of the state and district where the crime has been committed which district shall have been previously discovered by law and to be informed of the nature and cause of the charge In addition
