Diabetes affects 182 million people in the United States Diabetes isa very serious disease that attacks millions of young and old people aroundthe world Its the most dangerous disease on earth One of the affects ofdiabetes is high blood sugar There are two main types of diabetes there istype 1 and type 2 there both similar and different It could be geneticsin your family too If you a diabetic you have to change youre bad eatinghabits And also I will tell u how diabetes affects me in a major way Itcould be genetics in your family tooType 1 diabetes can occur of any age But most likely children and youngadults are diagnosed with type 1 instead type 2 The call this the basicstage of diabetes When you have type 1 your bodys doesnt produceinsulin Being very thirsty felling tired have blurry eyesight losingthe feeling or feeling tingling in your feet and urinating often are signof type 1 The cause of type 1 is unknown The best way to maintain yourdiabetes is staying in shape and eating the right foods If your bloodsugar level is higher than 200 mgdL you would have to take more insulinType 2 diabetes is way worst then type 1 Its a metabolicthat ischaracterized by highblood glucose Diabetes is often managed byincreasing exercise and bad eating habits If you on type 2 you will be alot medication and taking insulin everyday The two major signs of type 2are frequent urination and increase thirst Another sign is gaining weightand highcholesterol Often people with type 2 diabetes have no symptomsat first They may not have symptoms for many years The early symptoms ofdiabetes may include Bladder kidney skin or other infections that aremore frequent or heal slowly fatigue and hungerIf you diagnosis with diabetes this is nothing less than a complete lifechange Diabetics must be mindful of their blood sugar levels to keep theirdisease in check
