Jenn's feedback:
"You do an excellent job presenting evidence that supports both sides of the issue. You open your essay with an informative introduction that leads into a logically organized essay. Having said this, based on how the introduction and conclusion are written, it is unclear what the intended goal of your essay is. Based on your first several sentences, a reader feels as if you are going to argue in support of more women needing to be in politics, but based on your conclusion, this assumption is incorrect. This confusion continues on into the second paragraph. There needs to be some cohesiveness between the beginning and end of your essay. Another thing that stands out about your conclusion is that you use specific terminology for the first time. This type of terminology should be found in the body of the essay and defined for readers who may not be knowledgeable about the subject. There are minor grammar and punctuation errors throughout the essay. The most noticeable being that you need to put periods that end sentences after citations when citations are present. "
