"You've covered the three main topics that you mentioned in your introduction, and your interest in the subject is apparent. However, this essay suffers from several issues that affect its readability and relevance. There is a lot of unnecessary repetition and qualifying statements such as "These are the factors that stand out to me most" (this was already stated earlier in the paragraph). There are also a number of grammatical issues, and comma use stands out in particular. Commas should not be used after the subject of a sentence. Some examples are: "The reason, is because..."; "Financial stability, is a major topic"; and "Some of the benefits that are mentioned in the book, include becoming..."

Make sure to mention the name of the book in the introduction. Since this book has an author, it is conventional to say "[author's last name] states that..." rather than "The book says..."

Consider working with an editor to address these issues to streamline the essay, give it a more formal, academic tone, and communicate your ideas effectively."
