In now days the rate of unemployment in the world is increasing day by day The major cause of unemployment is the new innovations in the world which are increasing day by day These new technology made people living in comfort way but that comfort is not what really people want If we look from businessman perspective technology made their work easier with more profit For example before n their industries people worked and they all had salaries some of them more and some of them less but today with this new innovations the machines came to industries world which gave a comfort live to the people They have no need to work and the machines are working for them which good but it is for all people the same The low level and some high level workers lost their jobs because if this machine and the owner of these business wants their work done in cheaper way and the best way is to done it by technology because it uses only electricity but the workers needs salary and food daily and in compare it is very high contrast This world is not only for high level people I mean the rich people who owns big factories and big businesses We should think also about other people who needs to work as a normal human I believe that it is the government and the private sector job to create a balance for this issue to decrease unemployment and not stopping the technology The unemployment began from the landlords who had the land and they planted every year many type of things They worked in land by themselves and the space for workers was not small Everyone worked in their land and who did not had lands they worked in others for money and the chance of being unemployed was very less because in farm one farmer cannot do many
